Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
OXIMA (“we”, “us”) operates the website at oxima.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately minimal.
Information we collect
The only personal information we collect is the email address you voluntarily provide when you join our waitlist. Alongside it we store the date you signed up, so we can manage invitations in order.
We do not collect names, payment details, or any other personal information through this website. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking.
How we use your information
- To add you to the OXIMA private-beta waitlist.
- To send you a confirmation email and occasional updates about the beta and our launch.
We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers that process your data only on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Firestore) — securely stores your waitlist email.
- Resend — delivers the emails we send you.
These providers process your data under their own security and privacy terms.
Data retention
We keep your email until OXIMA launches or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Just email info@oxima.ai and we’ll take care of verified requests promptly.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
