These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OXIMA website at oxima.ai (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

The service

The Site is an informational website for OXIMA, a desktop application currently in private-beta development. It lets you learn about OXIMA and join our waitlist. The OXIMA application itself, when released, will be provided under its own separate terms.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, timing, or availability of OXIMA. We roll out invitations in waves at our discretion, and we may change, pause, or discontinue the beta at any time.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• abuse, scrape, or automate submissions to our forms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• submit someone else’s personal information without their permission;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The OXIMA name, logo, and all content on the Site are owned by us and may not be used without our prior written permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our LinkedIn or X profiles). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Disclaimers

The Site and any pre-release information about OXIMA are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features described are in active development and may change or never ship.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OXIMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
